At Calmness Collective, we believe every child and young person deserves to feel grounded, peaceful, and supported in their daily lives. Through a unique blend of wellbeing coaching and holistic practices, we help you reconnect with your inner calm, build resilience, and create space for clarity and calm.
Small group sessions
Our small group wellbeing sessions offer young people a calm, supportive space to talk, connect and feel less alone in their thoughts.
The sessions are designed to gently encourage peer support, emotional expression and a sense of belonging — helping young people realise that what they’re feeling is valid, and often shared by others too.
In a safe, relaxed and non-judgemental environment, young people are invited to offload, reflect and explore their emotions at their own pace. Through gentle conversation, calming activities and supportive group connection, they can begin to build confidence, emotional awareness and healthy coping strategies for everyday life.

Meet your Wellbeing practitioner
Hi, I’m Vik the heart behind Calmness Collective - a space created to gently support emotional wellbeing, connection and calm.
With 23 years of experience working with young people and families, I bring a compassionate, grounded, and relationship-led approach to every space I hold. My work is rooted in supporting emotional wellbeing, confidence, connection, and personal growth in a way that feels safe, empowering, and accessible.
I hold a BA (Hons) in Childhood, Youth and Families and I’m also a Certified Wellbeing Mentor, combining professional knowledge with a genuine passion for helping others feel seen, supported, and strengthened.
As a travel enthusiast and movement advocate, I believe wellbeing is not just something we talk about — it’s something we experience through connection, reflection, movement, and everyday moments of joy.
I’m deeply committed to my own continuous professional development, ensuring the support I offer remains current, informed, and meaningful. As part of this ongoing journey, I will be attending ELSA training in September 2026 to further strengthen my practice in emotional literacy and wellbeing support.
My aim is simple: to create nurturing, positive spaces where children, YP & families can pause, reconnect, and thrive.
