Small group sessions supporting inner calm

Where and how can I support them?

I support children and young people from a home based wellbeing space. You can also hire my services in a location that suits you. Schools, dance schools, gymnastics spaces, private faculty bookings or private family sessions which can include parents.

Wellbeing Mentor

As a wellbeing mentor I provide children and young people with a safe, supportive space to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Through encouragement, active listening, and practical wellbeing strategies, mentoring can help build confidence, emotional resilience, self-awareness, and positive coping skills. Children and young people often benefit from having a trusted adult outside of their immediate family or school environment who can help them navigate challenges, manage stress and anxiety, improve self-esteem, and develop a greater sense of calm and balance. As a wellbeing mentor I empower young people to recognise their strengths, build healthy habits, and feel more confident in managing everyday life.

Small group sessions build a sense of community and sense connection with liked minded people. Problem solving and sharing in an environment that feels safe and nurturing.

1-2-1 sessions allow individuals to experience a deep state of relaxation, letting go of built up tension whilst being completely present in their own being.

A Safe Space

At Calmness Collective, wellbeing mentoring offers children and young people the opportunity to feel heard, supported, and valued. In a calm and nurturing environment, young people can develop greater self-confidence, emotional awareness, and resilience while learning practical mindfulness and wellbeing tools to support them through life’s challenges. Whether they are experiencing worries, low confidence, friendship difficulties, school pressures, or simply need someone to talk to, wellbeing mentoring can help them feel more connected to themselves, build positive coping strategies, and thrive both emotionally and socially.

Self-discovery and success strategy

By encouraging self-discovery and reflection, young people can gain a deeper understanding of themselves, recognise their strengths, and grow into the best version of who they are.

Our focus is on building  a positive self attitude that recognises mistakes as growth and uniqueness as strength.
